All nail sets are handmade and may have slight variations.

Colors may look different depending on lighting and screen display.

2. Order Processing

All products are made to order

Processing time is usually 3–5 days but may vary depending on order volume.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout

We accept all payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or failure to receive the parcel.

Shipping time depends on the carrier.

5. No Returns / No Exchanges

All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable since items are made to order

6. Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for support

We cannot assist with claims made after this period.

7. Intellectual Property.

All nail designs belong to our shop

Do not copy or reuse our designs for commercial purposes.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse orders if fraudulent or policy-violating behavior is detected.

9. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you agree to all the terms above.

Please provide your phone number when placing the order and make sure your email address is correct to help me contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order.

Also, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate. If it's in a building, be sure to include the floor and room (or apartment) number, because some local couriers might not be able to find your address if it isn't clear, or may even refuse delivery if the address isn't specific enough.

Any additional preferences can only be added in the checkout notes when placing your order, or emailed to me within 2 hours after the order is placed.
