Shipping policy
All orders are handmade and require a processing time of 3–5 business days before shipping. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location, and estimated delivery dates may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or failure to receive the parcel. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer able to control the delivery process, and any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or missing items within 48 hours so we can assist you.
