We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

All sales are final.

Because our nail sets are made to order and customized for each customer, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or changes once an order has been placed. Please make sure to double-check your nail sizes, design, and shipping information before checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist.

Please provide your phone number when placing the order and make sure your email address is correct to help me contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order.

Also, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate. If it's in a building, be sure to include the floor and room (or apartment) number, because some local couriers might not be able to find your address if it isn't clear, or may even refuse delivery if the address isn't specific enough.

Any additional preferences can only be added in the checkout notes when placing your order, or emailed to me within 2 hours after the order is placed.
